Jobcosting - business critical information

Connect supports job cost reporting both for time and materials, including travelling. Managers can see and report on performance immediately a job has been done in the field. Easily see  job is over - or under budget. Supports variable labour rates for operatives.

 

Stock control - keep track of stock

Connect maintains stock items and has the ability to help you to keep track of van stock You can set up different vans, with different stock for your different  trades. Supplier orders are handled straight from the PDA, together with stock collections and replenishments.

 

Projects - handle complex jobs & track all costs

With Connect projects you can easily handle more complex job structures where jobs need to be allocated to a group of operatives. Connect will allow you to easily control the job processing and report on all aspects of the job, inlcuding job costing

 

Voids - from pre inspection to completion

Connect handles the complete Voids management from Pre inspection through the job and to the post inspection. Standard Connect functionality such as scheduling, appointing and control for the complete process.
 

Contractor - speed up job allocation and reporting

An easy to use interface enabling Contractors to easily and quickly receive orders and jobs. Jobs completed in Connect Contractor are reported back real time to the host company, allowing quick and accurate job reporting.

Connect Contractor makes appointing on behalf of your contractor very easy.

 

Interactive Email - flexibility for all contracts

Not all organisations can provide you with an interface to their system. But you can still handle the job information effectively with the new email interface where Connect extracts and handles all information that you require to complete the jobs.
 

Timesheets - save time every week

Connect Timesheets allows the field teams to submit their timesheets without paper. But that’s the easy bit! Managers will be able to process, on screen, all timesheets, reconciling at the same time any variations between what is claimed and what was actually worked, monitoring start, end and break times, and analysing work/travel proportions. Approval and payroll export functionality included.
 

GIS - powerful mapping tool

Connect supports a GIS shell. Localised GIS data (for example, a District Metering Area, a County) may be downloaded to integrate with Connects’ configurable job subsystem, to access, reference and record GIS data directly alongside whatever survey, repair or similar activity may be taking place.

Template Editor - control your forms

Control and update your templates with this easy to use form editor, which allows you to customise the screens for use on the PDAs, entering and displaying data.
