Working at night or calling at someone's home can be a challenge. Getting out the mobile phone, dialling and then trying to explain what the problem is and where you are - in front of a threatening customer - is not easy.

We have together with H & S conscious clients developed Connect Panic. If the operative needs help - all s/he needs to do is to press a button twice, without anyone noticing. S/he doesn't have to explain what site s/he is attending or the location - the team will be able to see it straight away in the office.   An alert will instantly be sounded in the office and all in the team alerted..

Wilshire Council's Housing Repair team has taken advantage of this system to make sure that their staff is safe at night. They operate over a wide geographical area and wanted to offer better protection for their staff. Connect Panic will also notify the supervisor on call, via his/her mobile phone.

It's also important  to make sure that you warn the operative prior to going to site. With Connect your operatives will always be prepared about hazards on site...
