Step 1 - Data Discovery Exercise
How to start your Data Virtualisation and Visualisation journey:
Using proven industry tools, our team will work with Data Product Champions in your organisation, to undertake a Data Audit. Then our team will discover and explore the data you already have across your enterprise.
The goal at this step, is to find the most accurate data tables and sources. Initially, this helps us understand what each field means and how accurate it is. Not only this, but it also identify duplicates or down-stream copies, which are outdated.
Step 2 - Virtualise Data and create Data Products
With a clearer understanding of the enterprise data, the Data Product Champions will create their Data Product requirements. This includes, Dashboards, lists, Maps, Charts, for your organisation.
In addition, further task will be completed including, removing duplicate data, refining descriptions of views, tables and fields. Not only this, but identifying systems to decommission and whilst finally creating a Roadmap of migration activities.
Step 3 - Quickly build Data Visualisation & Dashboard Solutions
Finally, the third phase will involve creating mock-ups of Enterprise ‘Web Apps’ and Mobile Apps. As well as, interactive Dashboards, which will be used by the Data Product Champions and their team members.
Once, these are approved the team will then begin to build the software for you.
