The Telecetera team will be exhibiting the latest cloud-based version of the Connect maintenance software at Maintec. Co-exhibiting are MobileWorxs, who are our hardware partner for mobile devices and tablet computers.

Choosing the right hardware for your maintenance software app
Firstly, you should work out who needs to create Customers, Sites, Assets, and Jobs – they will need a desktop PC or a laptop or a tablet device to access ConnectManager. Count these up.
Secondly, add up all the mobile operatives, perhaps it is the same number as the vehicles/vans in your fleet. These people will need a mobile device on which they can access Job Details using ConnectMobile.
Finally, contact us to review your business needs, and we will advise you on how many devices and software licences will be needed to support your maintenance business processes.
